LJPE is an over 55 community, owned by resident-members through a non-profit corporation. LJPE is a community filled with lots of activities and fun! We are located off Hwy 8 near Lake Jennings. A great neighborhood community with beautiful hillside lots, great views of the lake and surrounding mountains, easy access to Highway 8, and a short distance to Lakeside, Alpine, Santee and El Cajon.
